Watch your email or phone:
Next week, you will get an email or text with a PIN number for each child in your family. With that PIN, you will set up a new account for the portal. EACH CHILD WILL GET A SEPARATE PIN. Use the welcome link to the first email just ONCE and when you are logged in, you can add each child with their unique PIN.
- Watch the 7 minute video to get better acquainted with how to sign up.
- Fill in YOUR (parent) information on page 1. Once you are identified, you can add each child's information.
- There's so much you can do with this portal that we BARELY feel bad for asking you to sign up!
- All registered patients of Tanque Verde Pediatrics will be required to have a portal account within the next 2 months, so please do this when you get your PIN.
- Call our office in 2-3 weeks if you do NOT get a PIN or if you are unsure what to do next.
- Note: The new portal product will ask you to pick a "male" or "female" gender for your child. Please choose their biologic gender. We apologize to parents of non-binary or transgender children. We are working with the company to make this right.
