I will check this form at least daily and will update your record with the information provided. Once the information is entered in the system, your membership will be renewed until 1/31/2022 (or for 1 year if after 1/31/2021). Your responses will be deleted from the form once your renewal is successful. Liberty Library will not share this information with anyone.
Are there other ways I can renew?
Yes.
You can write the required information on paper and deliver it to the library during open hours - Monday 4:00-7:00 and Thursday 10:00-4:00. Or put it in a sealed envelope in the drop box.
You can telephone (207) 589-3161 when the library is open and renewal can be done over the phone.
You can email me with the required information.
Please don't hesitate to email me if you are blocked from the MILS system or require additional assistance.
What if I don't renew?
Once your account has expired, you will not be able to borrow materials or request materials from the Liberty Library or through interlibrary loan. You will not be able to use Download Library/CloudLibrary. If you do not renew now, you can choose to renew at a later date. If you do not renew your membership within 3 years, your account will be deleted.
