Thank you for your patience as we have been working hard behind the scenes to advocate for the readiness and availability of family physicians to help support COVID-19 vaccination efforts. 

This began as a small local effort and the response from you and your colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive! Offers to put vaccine in arms have come from far beyond our own region.

Things are going to start to move very quickly. Knowing we are stronger together, we have been coordinating with other groups who are gathering their own rosters.

In order to be able to connect you to where you can make the most impact, we are asking for your consent to share your contact information for the sole purpose of this call out to primary care physicians to support COVID-19 vaccination. This does not mean you will be scheduled and it is up to you and the other groups to confirm details should you be contacted to help.
