The Annual Parish Meeting of St. John’s Parish Church will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2020 in Walton Hall from 9 am until the close of the meeting (approximately 10:45 am). You can either attend in-person (masks and social distancing required) in Walton Hall, or drive-up and cast your ballots. Communicants in Good Standing* are welcomed to cast their ballots.

Diocesan Convention Delegates (serve at BOTH annual Diocesan Convention in in March AND the Special Convention to elect a Bishop Co-Adjutor in October):

Each person will vote for 4 candidates for Convention Delegates, and as in past years, the top four vote-getters will be the Delegates, with 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th determining the positioning of the Alternates.
Ballots will be open for the election beginning at 9 am and will close with the close of the Annual Parish Meeting at approximately 10:45 am. Those who are unable to attend in person MUST DRIVE UP TO WALTON HALL AND CAST THEIR BALLOT BETWEEN 9 AM AND 10:45 AM. A Vestry person will be available outside of Walton Hall beginning at 9 am to hand you a ballot and then receive your vote. Ballots will be tallied by the outgoing Vestry.
*A “communicant in good standing” is a confirmed communicant whose name is in the St. John’s Parish Register, who has been in regular attendance at St. John’s Parish Sunday worship services (unless for good cause prevented), and has been faithful in working, praying, and giving for the spread of the Kingdom of God. To vote, a communicant in good standing must be seventeen (17) years of age or older.
