Since we started Mischief 5 years ago, our daughter Abigail has always been integral to the business and its vision. Having grown up in a toy store, she definitely knew what she was getting into. Since then, she's completed degrees in Sociology and Business from Hamline University and has decided to follow the stubborn entrepreneurial ways of her parents.
We are therefore very excited to announce that Abby is now a co-owner of Mischief along with us, her parents. We're extremely proud to bring our offspring into the family business, a goal for many small businesses. Also, this means we are now a majority women-owned business.
You may have noticed that Abby's done much of the store's heavy lifting in the past year. Not only did she create our popular custom gift packages, but she also fulfilled most of those orders and worked extra hours to do dozens of virtual shopping appointments. She even did a few TV news appearances!
