Hey Family!
In some ways, it feels like we've been doing church together at Edgewood for a while. We've begun to build relationships and establish some sense of what's normal for a gathering. I'm so encouraged by the things I see and what we've experienced so far. But in reality it's only been two(2) months and we are a very young family! We are very much in the building phase. There's a lot to do and figure out as the Lord is leading us and showing us next steps.
A huge part of the Lord leading us, is us SEEKING Him! It's way easier to hear Him when we actually take the time to listen. And that's what our 21-Day Fasting and Prayer is all about. It's called FOCUS because we need to zero in on Him and His call for us. What should we be hungry for? How should we be reaching our communities with the Gospel? How do we live our lives as Christians in this dark world? We need a fresh focus on Jesus.I Strongly encourage you to join me in this season of intentionally seeking God. Tonight, Wednesday January 6th, 7pm at NWC Federal Way, We are joining in for a Kick-Off service for this fast. Join me if you can!
