The Club is conducting an Annual Member Satisfaction Survey on the quality and availability of Club services, facilities and activities for the calendar year 2020. This is in addition to the other feedback mechanisms that we use throughout the year, such as Rant and Rave, GM Listening Tours and post-event surveys, just to name a few. This annual feedback platform is crucial to help us highlight our strengths and pinpoint areas in need of growth. All of these facilitate Club-wide discussion which leads to continuous improvement as we strive for excellence in service, facilities and activities.

You will also stand a chance to win $50 F&B vouchers in a lucky draw, where we will draw 10 winners at the end of the survey on MondayMarch 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.! 

This year, we have included more questions because we want to cover all areas of The Club. It should take you no more than a few minutes to complete. We acknowledge that the questions do not cover every aspect of The Club that you utilize; do feel free to comment on these other areas in the comment boxes provided in the survey.

For the past years, we have used an external party to manage the survey from start to finish and to report on the responses. This year, we've decided to do it in-house. Please complete the survey based on your own experiences and perceptions. Responses will not be shared in any way that would allow an individual to be identified. 

Overall survey findings will be shared via our marketing channels. The survey is meant to better understand your Club experiences over the entire year and we urge that in answering the questions, your opinions reflect your overall views of The Club.
