Yeah, it's been a hot minute since you last heard from me. I don't think I need to sugarcoat it or explain away anything - it's been rough for all of us.

So this year, I'm kicking things off with - well, not a resolution, but a helpful nudge.

After much trial and error (and requests from friends), I created a primer on how to meal plan for a month - YES, A WHOLE MONTH.
