Torbay residents must now stay at home as the Government introduces new national lockdown.

The measures announced on Monday evening mean that from now everyone should stay at home, with the exception of specific reasons, such as essential shopping, to work if you cannot work from home, to exercise and to seek medical help.

A difficult year – with hope for the future

2020 was certainly a year like no other.

Your shielding experiences in lockdown 1.0 

Last year, we sent out a questionnaire to local people about their experiences of shielding in the UK’s first lockdown.

Responses about medication delivery and collection were nearly all positive.

Patients, clinicians and the public are being invited to give their views on a comprehensive set of indicators for urgent care.

The updated standards aim to capture what matters clinically and to patients, end hidden waits and reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19.
