Working with Rev Rhian Walker, Frank Zieginson, Rev Greg Powell, Kathy Davies and Rev Karen Vervada, LeaderShift has identified 4 specific areas for skills and confidence building when connecting with your church members online. Including - but beyond Sunday morning worship needs, these learnings can be applied to your different church groups and ministries, and offer a point of collegial connection and learning.
We encourage you to register if you're leading a small group online (youth group, adult study group, focus group meetings), seeking ways to connect with your membership outside of worship times (video messages), planning ways to invited church members into more active participation (online worship, Zoom prayer times, virtual coffee time), and working with technology to bring worship online (while health orders limit in-person worship).
