Housing Guide Survey
Securing housing is often one of the biggest stressors in the transition process for new graduate students. The GSC Student Affairs Committee is calling on current graduate students to improve the housing search process for future K-State graduate students.

If you currently live in Manhattan, or have lived in Manhattan recently, we encourage you to complete a brief survey to share your Manhattan housing experiences. Survey responses will be used to develop a Manhattan housing guide specifically for K-State graduate students. The housing guide is being created with the help of VeryApt, an emerging startup in the real estate tech industry.

A few notes:

  • Survey responses are anonymous
  • Chance to win a gift from Radina’s – At the end of the survey, you will see a “Confirm Identity” page. If you wish to be entered into a drawing, record your name and email address on the “Confirm Identity” page.
  • Multiple reviews accepted – If you have lived at more than one residence in Manhattan, you may complete the survey more than once to review multiple properties (but do not submit multiple reviews for a single property). The “confirm identity” page includes a note about avoiding duplicate entries. We have confirmed with VeryApt that students may submit more than one review if each review is for a different property.

Thanks in advance for sharing your housing insights to support the next generation of K-State graduate students.
