Undergraduates: GESI will be offered in Spring 2021! Applications will open next week for the Spring 2021 GLO program, GESI 2021: Virtual Global Development in Action. GLO is offering a virtual rendition of the GESI program in lieu of canceled study abroad programs due to COVID-19. This is a unique hybrid opportunity to explore complex questions through coursework while simultaneously engaging in a meaningful internship—all in a completely virtual online setting.

The Intensive Summer Multilanguage Seminar, developed by Professor Katrina Daly Thompson and led by Dr. Adeola Agoke, allows students engage in supported, self-directed language study.
A NEW PROGRAM FOR ADVANCED LANGUAGE LEARNERS & THE STUDY OF RARE LANGUAGES
The target audience for this new program includes students who are not well-served by a traditional summer language program for one of two reasons:
- Students who have achieved such an advanced language proficiency that traditional programs no longer serve their learning needs, or
- Students who are studying extremely rare languages that are otherwise not offered in the classroom

Sakhile&Me's next exhibition, Gaabo Motho, features works by Wangari Mathenge, Mario Moore, Anike Joyce Sadiq and Lerato Shadi. "It emphasizes a sense of acceptance and nurturing from or by the place or the people close to us, inviting the audience to meditate on what makes a home."
