Competition Season is Back!
The return of our annual “Sunshine Challenge” is in a lot of our minds already, and the return of several local competitions in the upcoming months is a great sign of things to come. With “Bring the cup home” being an unofficial motto for our 2021 event, we can begin to enjoy the competitive spirit with these local events.
Here's the upcoming area competitions on the calendar for 2021 so far:
Hurricane Blowoff 2021 by the Palm Beach Draughtsmen

Coconut Cut 2021 by the Miami Area Society of Homebrewers
Registration Date: April 15th

You've probably noticed the low entry caps this year – don't delay in registering your entries if you plan to compete in any of these events, they're bound to hit those caps fast this year!
Along with the return of our local competitions, the National Homebrew Competition is a "go" for 2021!
Important dates for NHC 2021:
Registration and Payment: February 17 – March 3
Shipping Window: March 29 – April 9 (there will be 1 judging site for NHC this year – it is currently slated to be Denver, CO)
There have been quite a few changes to this year competition, specifically in regards to entry fees and total number of the bottles/cans need from each entrant.
