Hey <<First Name>>, 

Last February ( wow, almost a year ago) I was in Chicago, no "job" other than this business that I created in my head...and the desire to use my ideas, share what I've learned,  and aim to encourage my community of fellow creatives, artists and idea-people.

And I took a chance, put together this idea, decided to share my purpose, passion and my "why" and to put myself out there in a way I never had. 

And it resulted in a phone call with a pretty cool arts organization.

That phone call ended with a YES, and a promise of a pretty good paycheck.

And it was SO life changing and powerful for me, because...

I had NO money of my own at the time. I was in a toxic relationship with a person who I felt financially dependant on, and I was staying at home caring for my 1 year old daughter, P, full time.

Making something happen in my business, that afforded me the flexibility I needed, felt like my only option.

Instead of throwing in the towel on the business I believed in...
I believed that the work I was doing...and what I was building in my business mattered to other people too. 

I led with my creativity and my purpose and I landed a gig, earned GREAT experience and a solid new professional relationship, and got paid well.

Nope, I didn't have to "do it for free -  for exposure".

But that's not the whole pie. There's more to getting opportunities to do creative work that you love, from the ideas you come up with in your head.

So I'm asking you...

But I had something else, that I believe anyone can have too, if they put the effort in.

It was all about my online presence (& purpose) and the very strategies I’m sharing in this class!
