OUTCOME GROUPS
All of our Outcomes Groups are in the process of developing Action Plans for 2021-2024, with many of them holding virtual workshops with key stakeholders over the next month or so to progress this work.  The CYPSP have identified 4 key priority areas to take forward over the next planning period and Outcomes Groups will help take these priorities forward at local level:-
  • Children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing, in particular but not exclusively children in the 5-10 age groups.
  • Early intervention support for Children with Disabilities and their families.
  • Support to children whose wellbeing is being affected by disruption to their schooling.
  • Contribution to strategic cross departmental actions in response to food and fuel poverty, as well as locality based service responses.

Evaluation of Reconnection and Transitions Programme

2020 was a highly unusual year in the 20 year history of the delivery of Early Years services and programmes in South Belfast Sure Start due to the outbreak of the novel Coronovirus pandemic. This evaluation focusses on one specific new programme we established in the summer of 2020 and the learning from that programme both as we continue to work within a global pandemic and hopefully for when we return to a more normal situation.
