On Partner UI: Extended search for conversion sub IDs

Before it was not possible to search for conversions by using one of the additional partner sub IDs (1-6).

IMPROVED

On Partner UI: Speed up of conversion overview search form

By improving the loading behaviour of some filter elements, the complete form is loading faster now. Especially for Partner with a very high number of advertiser relationships, this form was loading slower.
