...And the results are in!
The 2021 election of Board members officers was held at our Annual Meeting on January 12th. Continuing on the Board of Directors for another 3-year term are:
- Amanda Predmore, Sussex County Arts & Heritage Council
- Roxanne De Mauro, The Mitchell Agency
- Sandra Diglio, Councilwoman, Town of Newton
The elected officers for 2021 are:
- President: Mel Dennison, Balance Accounting & Financial Services
- Vice President: Kimberly Williams, Town of Newton
- Secretary: Sandra Diglio, Councilwoman, Town of Newton
- Treasurer: Roxanne De Mauro, The Mitchell Agency
One change to the GNCC by-laws was also approved by majority vote. This update allows Patron members to vote and hold office. You can view the new by-laws here.

On March 1st, the GNCC office will move to Newton Town Hall at 39 Trinity Street. We hope the new location will make it easier to get all your business's needs addressed in one place! GNCC office hours will be Wednesdays & Thursdays from 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM. Please continue to send GNCC mail to P.O. Box 386, Newton NJ 07860.

The GNCC and the Town of Newton--working in partnership to beautify the community and attract businesses, residents and customers--are seeking sponsors to adopt two highly-visible town entrance sites. Select locations are available for two-year sponsorships where a qualified group or team pledges to maintain the location to the best of its ability. Types of duties required are, but not limited to, weeding, trimming and supplying seasonal plants and flowers.
