We are eager to share a new and improved brochure for Southshore Bay to provide that new prospect a lasting impression. We hope you find that selling all the unique benefits of Southshore Bay will be easier than ever.

The recent Lagoon progress is hard to miss and we hope you are as excited as we are as the Late Spring/Early Summer 2021 opening approaches. Until then, we have created two new resources to aid in the lifestyle presentation of this incredible community amenity. The link below will lead to a digital version of our Lagoon Flyer and printed versions are in production and will be delivered by mid February.

Southshore Bay has all the elements for a great life. One of which, is the solar streetlight system previously called iLights. We have recently renamed the proprietary streetlight system for marketing purposes and you will start to see updates within the Southshore Bay communications. iLights is now
StreetLeaf. Same benefits, same system, same exclusivity, just a different name. 

 
Streetleaf is the first-of-a-kind streetlight system offering nighttime security, energy savings, modern appeal and more. 

Plus, each pole has a custom QR code. Anyone with a smartphone can easily report an issue or outage using the code right away, making brightening up the community easier than ever.
