San Francisco Issues a Revised Health Order
Today, the San Francisco Department of Public Health posted a revised Health Order and Dining Directive with detailed requirements to its webpage effective Thursday, January 28th at 8:00 a.m.
While we encourage you to read the full Health Order and Dining Directive, here are key highlights:

Outdoor dining will allow up to 6 people per table, but will be limited to two households per table.

Per State requirements, barriers/partitions between tables can no longer serve as an alternative to distancing tables 6 feet or more.

Dining establishments must cease outdoor dining operations from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each day.

All outdoor dining patrons must leave dining establishments by 10:00 p.m.

Dining establishments may continue to offer delivery and take-out services and employees may continue to work and commute after hours.

Live entertainment will be allowed except for singing or brass or wind instruments.

- Section 3.27 is newly added for businesses that make break rooms, cafeterias, or other similar indoor spaces available to Personnel.
