As many of you know, our Managing Director, Mariëtte Theron, recently passed away. This came as quite a shock to us on a personal and professional level, as Mariëtte had been a friend and a valued colleague with a wealth of experience in the HR field. She will be deeply missed.
After much deliberation, the Directors of M3 Human Capital Management, under the leadership of our Chairman, Mallies le Roux, appointed Louise Kruger to fulfil the role of Managing Director. This decision is based on her familiarity with the field and excellent management skills. Louise Kruger is an Industrial and Organisational (I/O) Psychologist, who holds a Masters’ degree in I/O Psychology (cum laude). She started her career with Deloitte Consulting, and joined the M3 team in January 2019. Her experience ranges across various industries, including the agriculture, mining, finance and IT industries.
Many of you would have met Louise in her capacity as I/O Psychologist. Please join M3 in welcoming Louise as our new MD. We wish her all the best in the role.
