"what's up" to spread the news about our 2021 budget meeting. Since we are unable to gather in person for our meeting this year your General Committee proposes to offer a variety of opportunities for you to participate.

Our budget is a statement of mission, declaring what is important to us as a congregation. Adopting the budget is a promise that we will support that mission and ministry in the coming year.
 
If you have any questions or would like to propose amendments you may address them to the General Committee by phone or email through the church office and the Treasurer or relevant committee member will respond. 

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the budget live in a ZOOM Session

The agenda for the ZOOM info session and the resolutions we are considering are online HERE

After the ZOOM info session on the 24th any amendments and revisions will be incorporated and a final version of the budget and resolutions will be posted on the website no later than January 30th. You will then be asked to vote by email or phone just as we did for the Fall AGM. Voting will close February 3rd and the result will be announced.
