Davie County COVID Vaccine Clinic Update

First Dose Vaccine Clinic Set for Today, Friday, Jan. 22

DAVIE COUNTY, NC—Today (Friday, January 22nd), the drive-thru COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held at the Davie Community Park (former site of Davie County High School) at 151 Southwood Drive from 10 am to 2 pm.  This clinic will be a 1st dose clinic for frontline healthcare workers and for individuals over the age of 65.  First time recipients are encouraged to complete the vaccine paperwork that is available online at https://www.daviecountync.gov/DocumentCenter/View/11028/New-CVMS-Recipient-Registration-Form.  Individuals who are unable to complete prior to arriving can obtain paperwork at the clinic site. Going forward, COVID-19 clinics will be held at the Park every Friday (weather permitting) and will run from 10 AM to 2 PM. 

Regarding Traffic Flow
Vaccine traffic will be routed at the stoplight onto Southwood Drive and into the parking lot, from either direction on Highway 601.  Please note that traffic will be directed by law enforcement--early admission will not be allowed.

Eligibility Updates
Announcements about who is eligible for each clinic will be provided at www.DavieCountyNC.gov or by calling 336-753-6540 after 3 PM on Mondays.

COVID Testing Location
COVID testing is now offered in the parking lot at EMS, located 114 Dr. Slate Drive in Mocksville. Hours will be 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. Individuals who wish to be tested should enter from Hospital Street, using the parking lot entrance closest to the Davie County Health Department.
