Join us online on Thursday, January 28 at 8pm for our monthly Georgia AUXC Training Meeting. This month's presentation will be "An Overview of the Georgia AuxComm Program" presented by the Georgia AUXC Leadership Team.



About our presentation

To start the new year off right, the Georgia AuxComm leadership team will be giving an overview of the Georgia AuxComm program for the January training meeting.  The meeting will be held online Thursday, January 28th at 8pm. Some of the topics that will be covered include:
  1. What is AUXC?
  2. What we do
  3. How we work
  4. How we train
  5. How you can get certified
  6. How you can help
  7. Closing remarks / questions
This meeting is free and open to anyone with an interest in Emergency / Auxiliary Communications.

Georgia AuxComm Training Meetings for Q1 2021

Georgia AuxComm conducts monthly training meetings on the last Thursday of each month at 8pm.  Due to COVID-19, meetings are currently conducted online.  Here is the training plan for the first quarter of 2021.  These plans are subject to change.
  • January 28, 2021 - Georgia AuxComm Overview presented by the AUXC Leadership Team
  • February 25, 2021 - Skywarn Overview presented by the NWS Atlanta meteorology team
  • March 25, 2021 - IPAWS – Greg Smith, FEMA IPAWS direct Jody Martin (Sandy Keon)
  • April 29, 2021 - 9/11 incident commander – Dan Wells (Edwin) Sedona, AZ
Our meetings are free and open to anyone with an interest in Emergency / Auxiliary Communications.
