Dear All,
We welcome you to our first conversation for 2021 on Tuesday, Jan 26th, at 5:30 pm Utah time. We would like to first give gratitude for our training and our practice and would ask each of you to share what you are grateful for. In this gratitude there is calm and the light shines from within us outward. Our hearts are open. In this gratitude our energy invites others into this space. There is no internal conflict and we know personal responsibility.
How well are we doing with this state? Are we able to maintain this or are we getting pulled by the conflicts and arguments? Are we staying inside for the guidance and truths or are we looking outside of ourselves for the answers? We all have feeling running in us and we all have stories around these feelings. Feelings are transient and stories can be permanent. Which of these do we presence and give our attention to? These are challenging times with many stories. Let's come together with our heart open and support each other to live our practice.
