Buffalo Friluftsliv - Rent Cross-Country Skis or Snowshoes!
Campus WheelWorks rents out great XC ski’s and snowshoes that you can take to Delaware Park, Chestnut Ridge … or anywhere! Rental prices: $25 first day, $12.50 additional days. A program called Campus Cycling Collective (group events like weekly beginner cross country ski outings on Thursday nights) offers a benefit: first time rental is free, and after that it’s half price. You can also rent XC skis and take a lesson right at Byrncliff, a favorite local spot.

Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) peer support program *
This MSSNY peer support program is available to all NYS physicians - including residents and fellows - and also medical students - MSSNY membership not required. Contact a confidential helpline phone number (1-844-P2P-PEER) and an email address (p2p@mssny.org) to connect with a peer 24 hours a day/7 days a week. In addition to offering a trained, empathetic ear, peer supporters may provide information on specific resources that can offer further support, provide positive coping skills, or connect physicians to professionals for more focused assistance.
