It's that time of year again. All across the country, state legislatures are beginning to consider the Convention of States Resolution in committees and in legislative chambers.
Our first test was in Montana, where the Senate Judiciary Committee heard powerful testimony from Convention of States volunteers about our resolution.
It was, in a word, inspiring.
Patriots rose to defend liberty, the Constitution, and future generations. They explained how a Convention of States is the only way to rein in federal power, and they urged their representatives to use Article V to get our country back on track.
