Session Seven, March 19:   Practicum on Strategy Formation

In this final session, participants will review the forecasts of the prior six weeks and assess the impact on their current strategic posture. In small working groups of peers, they will each discuss needed adjustments in their strategic posture in order to account for the anticipated changes. Each group will report their key findings to the entire group. They will come away with a comprehensive set of insights and actions they can take back to their organizations and bring their overall strategy into alignment with the transformative changes which lie ahead.
