What is Jesus Saying?
Sunday, January 24 | 10 a.m.
Third Sunday after Epiphany, January 24, 2021

______________________________________________________

Thank you for your condolences on the death of my brother-in-law Eddie Freund last Friday. I spent last weekend in Florida supporting my sister Gail. Many thanks to Elder Phyllis Timbs and her family for leading worship last Sunday.
This Sunday I will be calling in from home leading the service with Phyllis and Maryjim. I'm taking the recommended precaution of isolating at home for 10 days because I flew and was around many extended family of Ed.
Stay safe. Be well. God bless and See you on-line,
Pastor Keith

 We're on YouTube.
Service recording will be posted on YouTube channel by noon.

CHORAL INTROIT

GREETING & PRAYER OF ADORATION
Almighty God, you sent Jesus to proclaim your kingdom and to teach with authority.
Anoint us with your Spirit, that we too may bring good news to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, and proclaim liberty to the captive; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen

MESSAGE
What is Jesus saying?

ANTHEM

I Love You, O My God Most High by David Hogan

PRAYERS OF THE PEOPLE
The Lord's Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen

HYMN
"Walk With Me” by John Rice

R: “Walk with me, I will walk with you
and build the land that God has planned
where love shines through.

When Moses heard the call of God he said, “Lord, don’t sent me.”
But God told Moses, “You’re the one to set my people free.”
Walk with me…
Now Peter was a most unlikely man to lead the flock, walking with God
But Jesus knew his holiness and he became the Rock.
Walk with me…
Young Mary Magdalene was sure her life could be much more,
And by her faith she dared to let God’s love unlock the door.
Walk with me…
And when you share your faith with me and work for life made new,
The witness of your faithfulness calls me to walk with you.
Walk with me…

BENEDICTION
We go nowhere by accident. Wherever we go,
God is sending us.
Wherever we are,
God has put us there.
God has a purpose in our being there.
Christ who dwells in us has something He wants to do through us,
where we are…right now!

Believe this and go in the grace and love and power of the
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
