If so, we want to hear from you! Last call to submit a proposal for the 2021 Virtual DC Music Summit conference, to be held May 21 – 23, 2021. Submission deadline is February 1.
A key focus of the 2021 virtual conference is to equip participants with strategies on thriving in the independent music industry during COVID-19, which has heightened the challenges musicians and industry professionals face nationwide.
We encourage you to share this opportunity with your colleagues, friends, family, and fellow artists who you feel would have a great session idea!
Submit a Proposal
Registrants, including individuals who have presented in years past, are encouraged to submit a proposal to serve on a panel or lead a workshop. Please read the session details below andsubmit your proposalby Feb. 1.
Review Process
Proposals will be reviewed by the Session Selection Committee. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The Session Selection Committee welcomes proposals from seasoned music industry professionals as well as early-career creatives. Acceptance decisions will be sent to proposal authors at the beginning of April.
