How happy were we to see some powder this week? Leah Marsh had the right idea! Even though the powder day was short lived, it was enjoyed to the max by those who were able to make it out.
But, before we go too far, we wanted to give a huge shout out to all of our guests and members for doing such a great job following our new capacity limits, policies and protocols - you guys rock! Now, for Snow Bucks information, updates and news, keep on scrolling!

We're makings things as "contactless" as possible this season, to make it easier for all of us to follow Covid-19 protocols. You can purcahse the following through our website:
Full Day Lift Tickets, Full Day Rental, Full Day Lift and Rental Combo, as well as several of our repair and maintenance items (Wax & sharpen, Hot Wax, Hand Sharpen and more!)
To claim your online Lift /or Rental: Go straight to our "Express Ticket Window" at the front of the Rental Shop building. They will have your ticket ready and your rental forms to fill out for your gear (if you're renting). You will need to provide your name and order number at the time of pick up. We will be selling tickets day-by-day, so you can check in betwen 5-5:30pm, daily, to grab your tickets for the following day.
4hr tickets, rentals and combos can be purchased on-site only in our Ticket/Customer Service Centre.
Please note that there are no refunds and no changes to online tickets, other than in the event of a property closure.

In case you've missed it on the weekeds: we have a TAKE OUT WINDOW! Open Saturdays and Sundays from 11am-5pm offering Select menu items! Enjoy the mild weather we've been having by taking your lunch to go on the patio! Lots of new seating made available this season (that you to our picnic table sponsors!!)

Snow Bucks is our main fundraiser for the 2021 ski season! How does it work?
1. Fill out a ticket located on the side of each Snow Bucks box and the number on the ticket is your number for the remainder of the lottery.
2. Each Tuesday evening, a number is drawn from the pot! If an available number is picked, the winnings go back into the pot till next week.
Remember: if your number is drawn, but your payments are not up to date, you will not be eligible to claim the prize. The prize amount will, instead, be added to the next week’s prize.
Next Draw: Feb 9th, ESTIMATED JACKPOT: $600!!

We are not taking membership photos, on site, at this time. Send your selfie to memberships@skibeneoin.com and we'll pre-print your card. We need a minimum of 48hrs notice to get your card ready for pick up. Include your name, DOB, and phone number. (Families: submit one picture for each member of the family and indicate in your email who is pictured in each image).
Membership waivers must be signed and submitted before membership cards can be issued. Print and submit the waiver below, or complete on-site.

This season, things look a little different. Our Main Chalet entrance now functions as the entrance and exit for the Ticket Desk and Customer Service Center (which are located in the Snow Sport Depot). There is no entrance to the Chalet or Broken Buckle from this "Main Entrance" this year.
The Cafeteria is used for Food and Beverage only. If you simply need to warm up, we ask you to visit our new "Warming Center" (pictured below). If you've taken a bagged lunch, we ask that you please return to your personal locker space (aka vehicle) for lunch, as outside food is not permitted.
The Broken Buckle will use their own entrance/exit on the deck (situated on the West side of the building, facing the back 9 of the golf course). There will not be inside access to the Broken Buckle Lounge, with the exception of staff delivering food orders from the kitchen.
The Main Entrance for the Chalet/Washrooms is now the door next to the A frame, on the South side of the building (facing the hill, itself). The exit for the Chalet is the door next to the kitchen, which leads out to the runway between our Chalet building and the Warming Center.
We ask that you please limit your time in the Chalet to under 30mins to allow for others to come in to have a bite to eat, as well. Due to limited capacity constraints, we have included more outdoor seating on the deck, and have incorporated a Take Out Window for the Cafeteria (located next to the stairs, outside the main exit of the Chalet).

Warming Center (Rental Building):
|

Our Rental Building has been completely reconfigured this year to offer you a fantastic Warming Center! The main entrance for this building can be found on the back side of the building and will be clearly marked. The exit for the Warming Center is directly across from the entrance.
Once inside, we ask that you please follow the directional arrows on the floor to access lockers, and enjoy the warming area. No food or beverage is permitted in the Warming Center (please visit the Chalet building for this), and masks are required indoors, at all times.
The Rental Area will operate as it's own "pod" within the building. The Rental Entrance/Exit is found on the South side of the building and will be clearly marked. We plan to offer a pre-purchased "Day Ticket Window" in this area as the season progresses. Stay tuned to our website for updates!
