It was great to see each of you last month for the End-of-the-Year Journal Wrap Up and Sigle-Making. We’ll do it again next December 31, too! Hopefully, around the real fire circle in-person.

TBA - Smudge Stick Workshop Postponed

This will be a fun workshop when we can safely gather together. My apologies for having to postpone this, especially since some of you paid already. Thanks for your patience!

Create your own bundle of goodness in a smudge stick. I’ll have the materials available (sage, cedar, juniper, rosemary, cinnamon sticks, colorful thread and more). You are welcome to bring additional items. We’ll do most of this outside in the backyard and the sunroom. Intentions for the new moon will be tossed into the fire pit and, of course, munchies. COST: $10 via Venmo for the gathering and workshop and you take your one smudge stick home. Date TBA.

You can still purchase a 6” abalone shell with folding wood stand (photo above) for $28 and the class is included. Limited supply - 2 left.

Local lovely, Lauren Cursillo, and her quartz crystal singing bowls will be coming to the Sky Yoga downstairs studio in either March or April. COVID 19 has changed this. Details forthcoming.

My Sister and I enjoyed a Swamp Forest Walk at Shingle Creek in Florida. I wish I could share the clean air and primeval silence with you all. Maybe a group road trip someday will include Forest Bathing!
