3M Versaflo TR-600 Powered Air Purifying Respirators
Thanks to comprehensive research and an in-depth understanding of your needs, 3M have created the most advanced, versatile solution yet!
Simply put:
It's designed to help making breathing and working easier.
The 3M Versaflo Powered Air Turbo TR-600 is a belt-mounted air purifying device. When combined with one of the 3M approved head tops, it forms a power-assisted system for respiratory protection against particles, nuisance odours* (where applicable) and gases and vapours. The TR-600 Powered Air Turbo can be used with the following 3M head tops: S-Series, M-Series and certain Speedglas welding shields and selected head tops.
Key features, just to name a few:
- Three user selectable flow rates for improved comfort.
- Controlled airflow delivers steady flow as battery discharges or filter loads with particulates.
- Display shows battery charge status and particulate loading status during use.
- No user calibration of the turbo is required.
- Electronic audible, visual and vibratory alarm in case of low battery and/or low air flow.

3M Flat Fold Particulate Respirator 9542V, P2
With Nuisance Level* Organic Vapour Relief
The 9542V P2 (carbon, valved) respirator replaces the 9542A P2 (carbon, un-valved) respirator which was discontinued in 2020.
The new Flat Fold Particulate Respirator 9542V P2 has an activated carbon layer reducing exposure to nuisance Levels* of organic vapour and odour, eg. diesel particulate matter and unburned fuel vapour.
Vertical flat fold design for easy storage and dispensing in the workplace.
Does not contain components made from natural rubber latex.
More comfortable to wear with a welded headband enhancing comfort. The proprietary 3M Cool Flow Valve is designed for easy exhalation and reduces heat build-up inside the respirator.
Can be used for respiratory protection against solid particles and liquid mists such as those from grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, or processing minerals, coal, iron ore, flour, metal, wood, pollen, and certain other substances.
* Nuisance level refers to concentration below the occupational exposure limit.
Complies with AS/NZS 1716:2012 P2.
