Offering Envelopes and Contribution Statements
Since access to G&SP building is limited, we had to get creative in getting offering envelopes to parishioners. Some of you have already found the boxed envelopes in your mailbox, as Kim has been dropping them off on her errands around town. Jerry Katona has kindly agreed to deliver the remaining sets. You may be receiving a call from Jerry that he is on his way, or looking for help in finding your mailbox.
If you received envelopes that you do not need, please repurpose or recycle. If you would like envelopes and do not receive a box within the next week, please email Kim in the office office@graceandstpeters.org. Thank you for your patience as we continue to adapt to the restrictions of the pandemic!
Contribution Statements for 2020 are going in the mail today. Please email Kim if there are errors or discrepancies.
ECCT eNEWS
This week's ECCT newsletter includes information on Sunday's service, in addition to details for applying to serve on the ECCT Reparations Task Force.
The task force is formed based on Resolution #7 of the 2020 Annual Convention:
"Resolved, that this Convention direct the bishops to create a task force whose membership will consist of a majority of clergy and laity of color, with an invitation to all clergy of color canonically resident in ECCT to serve on the task force, in order to study and make specific recommendations to the 237th Convention as to reparations by ECCT and individual Parishes, Worshipping Communities, and Intentional Episcopal Communities in partial compensation for 400 years of discrimination and bias based on race.”

Dinner for a Dollar
On Friday January 22nd, Mary Ellen Porcelli and Andy Petracco served a casserole of macaroni and cheese with ham, and Normandy vegetables (which is carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli and cauliflower florets- I looked it up!). Assorted cakes and cookies were served for dessert. Thanks to Mary Ellen, Andy, and all who helped.
