HB2213, our gold moratorium and study bill, carried by Delegate Elizabeth Guzman, passed out of the Rules Committee on Friday by a 13-5 vote, down party lines. It goes to the floor of the House today for the first of 3 readings. The second reading is Tuesday, the third is Wednesday, when the full House will vote.
