1. NYC’s K Health, an AI-powered primary care platform, has raised $132 million in a Series E financing. The funding was provided by GGV Capital, Valor Equity Partners, Kaiser Permanente, LTS Investments, Atreides Ventures, 14W, Max Ventures, PICO Partners, Marcy Venture Partners, NYC’s Primary Venture Partners and NYC’s BoxGroup. K Health’s app leverages billions of anonymized health events to create a predictive model which enables users to comparing their health to people with similar characteristics. 2. The price of Brooklyn’s Etsy’s stock jumped 9% yesterday morning after Elon Musk tweeted that he “kinda loves” the company. In a follow up tweet, Musk added that he used Etsy to buy a wool Marvin the Martian helmet (the alien from the Bugs Bunny cartoons) for his dog. 3. NYC’s Thrive Capital, the venture firm backed by Joshua Kushner, plans to raise $2 billion for a new early-stage fund and a growth fund. (www.thrivecap.com) (Pitchbook)

4. NYC’s S’More, a dating app, has raised $2.1 million in a seed funding. Benson Oak Ventures led the round and was joined by Workplay Venture, Gaingels, Loud Capital/Pride Fund, SideCar Angels, AppLovin Chairman Rafael Vivas, Joshua Black of Apollo Management, Harvard geneticist George Church, former IMAX CEO Brad Weschler, Enterprise Fund, Boston Harbor Angels, Kind Fund founder Marty Isaac and other notable angel investors. 5. NYC’s Bbot, a contactless restaurant app, has raised an additional $4 million as part of its seed round. The new investment was provided by Rally Ventures and Craft Ventures, bringing the seed round total up to $7 million. The company makes a mobile order and payments platform that restaurants can use to promote contactless interaction with customers. (www.bbot.menu) (The Spoon)

6. NYC’s Greenhouse Software, an employee recruiting platform, has sold a majority interest in the company for $500 million. The investment, made at a $820 million valuation, was structured as $47 million in fresh capital for the company and $450 million to buy shares from existing investors including Benchmark, NYC’s Thrive Capital and Greenhouse employees. 7. NYC’s Brigit, a budgeting app, has raised $35 million in a Series A funding. Lightspeed Ventures led the round and was joined by Kevin Durant’s Thirty Five Ventures, DCM Ventures, Nyca Partners, NYC’s Canaan Partners, DN Capital, CRV, Core Innovation Capital, Shasta Ventures, Hummingbird Ventures, NYC’s Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, Secocha Ventures, Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures and Flourish Ventures. The app analyzes users’ cash flow history and can automatically transfer up to $250 into a user’s account before an overdraw charge hits. (www.hellobrigit.com) (Forbes)

8. NYC’s Payoneer, an online payments platform, is in talks to go public via a merger with FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., a SPAC. The deal could value Payoneer at over $2.5 billion and give the company access to the more than $750 million raised by FTAC. 9. NYC’s Arbol, a weather insurance platform, has raised $7 million in a Series B funding. Investors included Finch Finance, Space Capital and Mubadala Capital-Ventures.
