• The tender documentation explicitly asks for suppliers systems and processes to be aligned with Universal Credit (B17). Successful bids will need to evidence their ability to help people to navigate the benefits system and clearly show jobseekers how they will be better off in work.

As one of the architects of Universal Credit, I want to offer my time to help you think through how data and technology can best be utilised in light of Universal Credit.

Policy in Practice is already working with a majority of providers to meet these requirements. Our work has already been referenced by DWP, and our ‘better off in work’ software is used by the majority of Work and Health Programme providers.
