Two Things for Tuesday

Our latest listing is an absolute stunner! Located in the Wedgefield Estates neighborhood in Ada, it sits on nearly 2 acres, has 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and a beautiful parklike setting backyard. A few years ago, we had the pleasure to represent the talented Lydia VanHoven-Cook in the home buying process. We found them an awesome house on the west side that was filled with character!
We immediately knew Lydia would be perfect for our new East Grand Rapids Neighborhood project. She created each map for the 10 areas, and boy, did she knock it out of the park! Go check them out on our Facebook/Instagram pages!
