Hey Pythonista,

It's no secret that we're Dads and have a soft spot for kids.

What you may not know is that we're passionate about teaching them too. This is why we're so proud to share that we've been tailoring the codechalleng.es platform for use in schools!

Not only that, in 2020, a school in the U.S became the first school to officially use PyBites Code Challenges as part of their curriculum to teach their students Python!

The teachers doing this also happen to be the hosts of the Teaching Python Podcast, Sean Tibor and Kelly Schuster-Paredes. We've nabbed Kelly and Sean for Episode #009 of the PyBites Podcast where we discuss their experience with teaching Python to their students using our platform.

It's a heap of fun so listen here.

What stands out for us though is the success they're seeing using the platform. In Sean's words: "Students don't need cute examples. They need clear examples. That's what we really liked about the platform. The clarity of the examples and the way the concepts were presented was a real selling point for us".

This made our day and has proven that our platform is an effective way to teach school students Python.

So here's the ask. If you're a teacher or have school aged kids and want to help them learn not just Python but also the valuable skills required to be a programmer, reply to this email and let's talk.

We're so proud and honoured to finally be able to support schools in this way.

Here's to the next generation of Pythonistas!

TL:DR - Want to see your kids learning Python by solving real world problems? Reply and let's talk. Then listen to how we're helping a school in the U.S do it.
