1. News

IMS New Website Launch!

We are starting this year with a fresh new website: www.ims.utoronto.ca.

The website has been converted to align with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine’s cohesive online look. It also has completely updated information, including important student information such as exam and degree requirements and a new faculty directory.

This collective effort was made possible by the IMS staff core team, work study student Stephanie Tran and importantly, with input from our faculty and students. A special thank you to Colin Gibson for helping us set up the website and for his time with the IMS.

Let’s Talk Grad Wellness - New GLSE Initiative

Grad school is fun, but certainly challenging. It can be academically demanding, making us feel overwhelmed. It can be easy to prioritize everything other than whatever is needed to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally.

To encourage us to think about and promote OUR wellness, the GLSE paired up with IMSSA & MBPGSA’s Wellness & Wellbeing committees as part of a GLSE-funded initiative, to create a
graduate wellness package. This package aims to prioritize your wellness. This is our first year implementing this initiative.

We hope that this platform helps prioritize your wellness over anything else. If you have further questions, concerns, or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us at
letstalkgradwellness@gmail.com.
