What we are offering is fresh COOKED, cleaned local Dungeness.
A single share will be a 1/2 body. If you would like to add extra, we have a limited supply that can be added from our CSF store.

We understand that people have different preferences when it comes to Crab. We ask for your patience, but also welcome your feedback (vote below! 🗳🦀) Today we are cooking the Crab. In the future, it may be raw - live cleaned. We hope you can enjoy it as it comes and look forward to hearing how you all like it. We felt like sending it to everyone cooked for starters, was the safest best. This way, it will also keep a couple days if you would't have gotten around to cooking it on Tuesday - live cleaned Crab is super perishable.
If you'd like to reheat your Crab, we love giving it a toss in oil, butter and herbs and finishing it with a roast in the oven (recipe below - less cooking time for your pre-cooked Crab) or under the broiler for about 5 mins. You can also steam or boil it for just 3-4 minutes. You can safely reheat Crab for up to 4 days after it has been cooked.
