Can't attend? Request an early-voting ballot
If you're a Friend but cannot attend Thursday's meeting, please request an early ballot by emailingmembers@nsmlv.org.
You must email back the filled-out ballot by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday (Jan. 20).
By requesting an early ballot you are acknowledging: 1) You cannot vote at the Zoom meeting, 2) You're giving up the right to vote for any officer candidate nominated from the "floor" at the meeting, 3) Your vote will not be anonymous to the departing board member who will count votes.
