Post office recognition, Beer deliveries & Pub takeaways....

We'd like to pay tribute and thanks to our amazing post office staff members and volunteers who are stepping away from the counter temporarily, but will be back when the time is right. They are all heroes. Liz has returned to her former career as an NHS nurse, carrying out full time Covid vaccinations across the county. Paul, Linda and Anita are staying safe at home with their families. Their experience, knowledge and commitment to customer service will be truly missed!

Beer deliveries continue with Ay Up & Fallout

Beer deliveries continue all this week. There's free delivery within Holbrook, Bargate and Coxbench (other locations on request). There's a 2 pint minimum order. Deliveries will be on a Tuesday to Sunday between 5-6pm weekdays and 4-5pm weekends, or earlier on a Sunday if req. You'll be able to buy online, by calling the pub, texting 0781-546-3307 or emailing spottedtakeawayorders@gmail.com. Fresh on today, our deliveries will be:

Dancing Duck - Ay Up 3.9% - Pale session ale. Subtle malt and floral notes are matched splendidly with citrus hop, rounded off with a slightly dry finish.
Shiny Fallout - Session IPA 4.2% Shiny's hugely popular session IPA. (Craft Keg & GF)
Weston Cider - Signature Vintage - 6.8% - Slowly matured to deliver a complex and smooth medium dry cider with vanilla oak aromas.

Prices are £2.50 a pint for the Ay Up and £3.50 for the Shiny Fallout and Weston's cider. Price includes container and delivery.

New Pub menus - Wednesdays & Fridays are Takeaway nights
