Fingers Stretch (from Active-Isolated Stretching, The Mattes Method)
Extend your right hand out in front, palm down.
With your other hand underneath it, pull the fingers up and back, GENTLY. Repeat five times on each hand.
Who would have guessed a simple stretch would be good for fingernails!

When I cycled solo into this campground outside of Pretoria, South Africa, Bets and Sone invited me to their braai, a BBQ dinner. When Sone, in the middle, took potatoes out of the plastic container, she turned to put them on her cutting board.
Just then a monkey landed on the plastic container and she turned to shoo it away, while another monkey swooped down and stole two potatoes off her cutting board!
