Meet our Cooperative Steering Committee
Rozzie Bound is currently exploring the possibility of incorporating as a worker and consumer owned cooperative. At the end of 2020, we formed a Cooperative Steering Committee, which began meeting monthly (via Zoom of course!) in December. It is a talented group with a rich diversity of backgrounds and life experiences. You can read brief bios of each member on our website and we will keep you posted on our progress in this newsletter and on our website. Learn more
Friends don’t let friends buy books from Amazon!
While Jeff Bezos continues to get even wealthier in the midst of a global pandemic, here at Rozzie Bound we are working hard to build a bookstore that is deeply rooted in our community and helps strengthen the local economy. We envision a vibrant gathering place where neighbors can gather for engaging events, a store that not only sell books but also helps enrich the the civic life of the city we love.
One great way you can support this effort right now is by spreading the word about Rozzie Bound amongst your friends and family. Another is by getting a Rozzie Bound Gift Card for the readers in your life who may not know about us. These electronic gifts cards can be sent to any valid email address and used to purchase any book available through Bookshop, which includes millions of titles in the Ingram catalog.
Thank you so much for all your support!
