This new month of the new year, kicks off the first of our Streetfood Series, showcasing bites and cocktails from around the globe. This weekend we visit Argentina, serving empanadas with Fernet Branca con Coca-Cola out of a food-truck.

There's also the opportunity to win big when you photograph our refreshing cocktail of the month "G&T-by-the-Sea". This pairs well with Chef Kyle's new and delicious dishes on Kaibo Beach's a la carte menu,

Upstairs at Kaibo restaurant showcases the 'Fortunate Feast' a luxury 6-course tasting menu centred around the theme of dishes that traditionally bring good luck.

Kaibo's playground of escapism, among swaying coconut trees, plus Cayman's finest rum collection and craft cocktails, make it the perfect place to make 2021 a year to remember!

Want to nibble on empanadas in Argentina?

Join us for the inaugural event of the Streetfood Series. This month we bring Argentina to the beach, and will be serving empanadas with Fernet Branca con Coca-Cola.

Feel free to dress up to the theme of Argentina, or coordinate a football game on our sand pitch to keep it real.

Kaibo Streetfood series is guaranteed to help you travel while the borders are closed.

Refresh with a "G&T and Vitamin Sea" this Gin-uary

Join us for Ginuary 2021 and start the party with our signature gin cocktail "G&T and Vitamin Sea": Hendricks Gin, cucumber cordial, rosé lemonade with rosemary and cucumber garnish.

Chef Kyle has created a delicious appetiser to pair with your cocktail; scallop ceviche with pick grapefruit, local cucumber and lemon grass.

Go all out for your first month of 2021, with ‘Upstairs at Kaibo', our regal and refined signature restaurant. An upscale good fortune themed menu, is served on the sea-view veranda. Come early to enjoy craft pre-dinner cocktails at sunset. View the awarded 6-course Fortunate Feast Tasting Menu and select a tipple from the Rare Rum Bar.

$70 per person for 6-courses.

A water taxi is available upon request, subject to weather and demand.
