First of all thank you to those who have emailed me, with positive feedback. It is very heartwarming when you run a small business to know your clients appreciate everything you try and do for them. This has been quite a nightmare. We are into our 4th day and have managed to get most up and running again.
We had 65 websites to reconfigure, you have been great with your response to change the IP address and A Records on those domains we do not have access to, thank you.
At this stage we are on an old OS where we were before at Accu Hosting. This we will look into again once we have things stable and up to date.
We have 6 websites that are still not working that have SSL certificates with Accu we have asked for their help to get them working again. We hope to have these up and running today.
We will also need to update some of the websites, who had changes done over the last 3 weeks. This we will get onto once we have them all working.
We appreciate your patience and know how difficult it can be when your website isn’t working.
I can assure you we have been working on the problem day and night to get to this point. We just need a little longer and hopefully this nightmare will be over.
I will update you again when I have more information.
