Welcome back to another edition of your fortnightly MMMM (Mary's Monday Motivational Mail).
The start of the year was an interesting and gradual one for me as I so enjoyed having some down time that I didn’t want to open my laptop again!
I did though take time to reflect on last year using the 9 Boxes tool I sent in a previous email and I found it a useful and cathartic exercise to do. Especially as it reminded me how many firsts I had to manage in 2020.

I wonder, with the situation pretty much the same currently, what areas of your life, if any, will be changing in 2021? Perhaps starting a new small habit daily, making more time for yourself if only for 5 minutes, planning future goals for you and your family, changing careers or even moving industries?
