Mayor's Finance has completed the use or lose vacation rollover in PeopleSoft. Leave of at least a quarter of an hour in excess of 320 was converted into a comp plan called UOLVACROLL – Use-or-Lose Vacation Rollover. If you had use or lose vacation converted into the comp plan, you can find it in your timesheet under the Leave and Compensatory tab (see example).
To use the hours carried over full-time employees will use:
- TRCs ULVAC for regular hours or
- ULFAM if using in conjunction with FMLA
Part-time employees will use:
- TRCs ULVCH for regular hours or
- UFAMH if using in conjunction with FMLA
**Note: To use hours the week of January 1, 2021, the date in the timesheet must be changed to January 1, 2021.**
