Nieuws van het bestuur
Beste AHC-ers,
Het is een beetje laat maar desalniettemin wensen ik jullie namens het bestuur de beste wensen en een goede gezondheid voor 2021.
Ook voor 2021 staat er voorlopig nog covid-19 op het wedstrijdprogramma. Met andere woorden: het NHV heeft na de laatste persconferentie van Rutte / De Jong, zijn conclusies getrokken. De (zaal)competities voor seizoen 20/21 zijn in hun huidige vorm, komen te vervallen.
Dit betekent niet persé dat er dan ook absoluut geen handbal meer gespeeld zal worden. Het NHV is voornemens om te gaan handballen zodra het kan. Hiertoe organiseren zij een alternatieve competitie in een handbalvorm naar keuze: zaal, veld of beach.
Deze competitie zal op zijn vroegst in het weekend van 10/11 april aanvangen en sowieso op 12/13 juni eindigen. Deze competities zullen uit 6 teams per poule bestaan en dat resulteert dus in principe in tien wedstrijden. Elk weekend dat covid-19 de seizoenstart verhindert, wordt er een wedstrijd minder gespeeld. Voor het hele bericht kan je terecht op www.handbal.nl/
Voor deze zaal competitie kunnen wij als AHC'31 ons ook opgeven. Om op tijd klaar te staan willen we je verzoeken om je keuze vast bekend te maken bij:
DS1/2: Vlad Tufis
DS3/4: Marina van Bree
HS: Stefan Harms
Afhankelijk van de animo bepalen we met hoeveel teams we mee gaan doen en kunnen we een teamindeling hiervoor maken.
Er zijn nog wel wat open eindjes zoals hoe het inschrijven precies moet en hoeveel voorbereidingstijd krijgen we voor de 1e wedstrijd. Zodra wij in de clusterbijeenkomst begin februari hier meer over weten, zullen we dit met jullie delen.
Tot slot:
Net als vorig jaar kunnen de kosten voor AHC'31 mogelijk lager uitvallen dan begroot. Dit is nog niet geheel zeker omdat het NHV vooralsnog zijn gebruikelijke kosten aan ons factureert. Als deze worden kwijtgescholden en gecrediteerd, dan willen we de lagere kosten verrekenen in de contributies. Om deze reden zal het verzenden van de contributies voor dit jaar nog even op zich laten wachten.

News from the board
Dear AHC members,
It is a bit late but nevertheless, on behalf of the board, I wish you all the best and good health for 2021.
For 2021, there is still covid-19 on the competition schedule for the time being. In other words: the NHV has drawn its conclusions after the last press conference of Rutte / De Jong. The (indoor) competitions for the 20/21 season have been canceled in their current form.
This does not necessarily mean that absolutely no handball will be played anymore. The NHV intends to start playing handball as soon as possible. To this end, they organize an alternative competition in a handball format of your choice: indoor, field or beach.
This competition will start on the weekend of April 10/11 at the earliest and will end on June 12/13 in any case. These competitions will consist of 6 teams per pool, which in principle results in ten matches. Every weekend that covid-19 prevents the start of the season, one less game is played. As AHC'31 we can also sign up for this hall competition. To be ready on time, we would like to request that you make your choice known to:

Depending on the enthusiasm, we determine with how many teams we will participate and we can make a team division for this.
There are still some open ends such as how to register exactly and how much preparation time we get for the 1st match. As soon as we know more about this in the cluster meeting at the beginning of February, we will share this with you.
Finally:
Just like last year, the costs for AHC'31 may be lower than budgeted. This is not entirely certain because the NHV is still invoicing us for its usual costs. If these are waived and credited, then we want to include the lower costs in the contributions. For this reason, the submission of the contributions for this year will take a while.
