The Greenbusch Group, Inc., and Julie Wiebusch, INCE, LEED AP, co-founder, are delighted to announce promotions within the firm’s management group. After thirty-two years as President, and Acoustical Practice lead, Julie is thrilled to be implementing the firm’s progression plans as she steps into the role of Senior Principal Acoustician. “This is an exciting moment in the firm’s history as key, tenured, and accomplished individuals are recognized and promoted to leadership roles, furthering the firm’s success and future,” shares Julie.
Rami Kaur joined the firm in 2010 as Controller, immediately making a difference. With increasing responsibility for business finances and operations, she was promoted to CFO and Partner in 2014, and has been integral to advancing and streamlining operations over the past eleven years. She also provides technical assistance to the Mechanical and Acoustical consulting business lines. Rami is now President, assuming leadership of the firm from Julie Wiebusch who continues as Senior Principal Acoustician.
Adam Jenkins, PE, INCE Bd. Cert., Principal Acoustician has been promoted to Vice-President and Practice Lead for the Acoustical Consulting group as well as continued responsibility leading the Audio/Video (A/V) Engineering services practice. Adam joined Greenbusch in 2006 as Acoustical Modeling Specialist. Working alongside Julie Wiebusch over the past fifteen years, he has a wealth of experience in all facets of Acoustical design and has been instrumental in the growth of the Acoustical practice, leading the Environmental Noise & Vibration discipline and expansion into Hydroacoustic monitoring. Adam is a Board-Certified Member of the Institute of Noise Control Engineers, and member of the Acoustical Society of America and National Council of Acoustical Consultants. Adam was promoted to Principal Acoustician and Partner in 2014 and A/V Practice lead in 2016. The combined disciplines include eight staff, one of the largest specialty services practices headquartered in the Pacific Northwest.
Dylan Turner, PE, CCP, LEED AP BD+C, Principal Mechanical Engineer has been named a Vice-President. Dylan joined the firm in 2011, was promoted to Principal/Partner in 2018, and has played a key role in the delivery and growth of the Mechanical Engineering, Vertical Transportation and Commissioning services. He serves as the Engineering Representative on the State of Washington Labor & Industries Elevator Technical Advisory Committee. Dylan is integrally involved with client relations, business development, project scheduling, quality control, project management, and leads projects in which the firm is involved for owners such as Sound Transit, City of Seattle, State of Washington, and City of Portland.
